How do I get lube or crude into barrels?
I tried running a pipe of crude to a blue assembler but the pipe doesn't reach. There is a gap. I have empty barrels and I want to transport lube by rail rather than pipes so I'd like to know how to get fluids into barrels.

You have to select the recipe in the assembler first then rotate it accordingly.
I think it works only for crude oil tho.
I can't do that. The pipe does not reach the assembler. The gap is only about a third the length of a normal pipe so normal pipe doesn't fit. Somehow this worked yesterday. I filled several barrels.
I see what you're saying now. You have to rotate after you choose the recipe. That's kind of odd but its the way it works. Now I have extracted the oil from the barrells and the oil is in my assembler. Its not going through the pipe to the refinery. How do I get it to my refinery so that I can process it into lubricant?

Oh nevermind, the crude started moving once I added an ingredient where I'm making electric motors. Crude to brown to lube and then pumped into the electric motor machine. All this was to make a small pump that it turns out I no longer need :(

I had at one point thought that my fluids weren't moving because they needed to be pumped but actually then needed to be used. Ah well, at least I learned a few things along the way.

Thank you! This also works for gas. :D
