how to import blueprints?

i found the button that the electronic stuff uses (thats on the hot bar) but i remember there being a place where you can insert bp information and idk where it is in the game

The button to import blueprints from blueprint strings is the light grey with a square in dotted lines and an arrow pointing inside, on the toolbar.
(not completely certain if that was what you were asking because I couldn't make sense of "that the electronic stuff uses")

sorry, i was talking about robotics and i couldnt remember XD....apparently they made it so you need robotics before you can import blueprints

You can also unlock them with a console command that doesn't disable achievements:

/unlock-shortcut-bar
