steam boiler/engine not getting enough water
title says it all, i have a mod that lets me go underground, and i'm putting my steam power under there, but to get water, i use dry water generation
however, the steam boiler/engine doesnt get enough water for large power generation
on the surface with an offshore pump i could use THREE boilers, they would have enough water, but underground, i can only generate a bit of the max power
i have tried putting a tank before the boiler and after the boiler, nothing really worked
i am also using much more powerful boilers with 98% efficiency, could that be the case?

Hmm are you able to take a snapshotto show?
one pump should have enough to feed 20~ boilers

i think i know the problem, i'm using pipes to connect multiple water generation sources (these sources make water out of thin air) i think the pipes aren't pushing the water through, but if i stick on generator right on the boiler, it isnt enough

Well, yes, if you combine multiple mods then the result may be undefined.

First thing I'd do is disconnect the steam engines and watch the water level in the tank to see how much these "dry water generation" devices provide. Boilers should have no effect on flow rate (unless the mods changed that).
