Add a number behind it to adjust game speed.
1 is normal speed
Since you want to slow down time, use numbers below 1, such as 0.5 or 0.75
Your FPS will drop to match the reduced speed, 0.5 will result in half the FPS you get with default speed, 0.25 will be around 1/4 the FPS you got at default speed. It basically slows the FPS to slow down the game.
Numbers over 1 speed up gametime (useful when waiting for something to craft or having to run somewhere). 2 is double speed, 3 is triple, etc.
