What's your most interesting setup for a single train station (a single line?) that can service different cargo types?

What are your best approaches for minimizing the number of train stations for a single base?

With the smarter trains mod https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=97&t=14432 you can access the train cargo and control unloading. Sorting/cache would obviously be done by robots.
