Unless you mean drones in general
Construction drones repair buildings in your construcion area (need repair kits in the roboport) and build your blueprinted areas for you [you can craft a blue blueprint to copy an area and paste it somewhere else, the drones will build the area if you have the buildings in a provider or storage chest (they wont interact with iron or wooden chests) in your construcion zone].
Logistic drones supply you with the items you want to have in your inventory (in the upper area of your inventory you have slots to determine how much of an item you want to have in your inventory, e.g. you put 100 Iron plates in there the drones will try to keep your Inventory filled with 100 Iron plates). They will only interact with active provider, passive provider, storage and requester chests in the logistic area (this means they will only give you the requested items if you are in the logistic zone and there is a storage or rovider chest within the area.
Both kind of drones will need a Roboport, the Roboport, if you hover your mouse over it shows you two areas around it, a green and a orange one.
The big green square displays your range for construction bots, so they will only build and repair in this area (if you want your drones to repair in this area you need to have repair kits in the inventory of the Roboport).
The smaller orange square displays your logistic range, so the logistic drones in this network will only supply you with items if you are in that area. If you have more than one Roboport you can place them close to each other (the yellow line between them displays they are connected, so the drones can fly to the other Roboport) to enlarge your drone area.
If you have more questions, feel free to ask :)
I need Advanced Circuits just for the Requester Chest. Meh.. hopefully there's a video explaining how to do Blue Science.
It's pretty straight forward
Currently, I've gotten as far as to make Sulfur. Figuring out where it needs to go is the next step.
That's what I do and it turns out fine
Once you start producing your very first drone infrastructure then you can tear down whatever mistakes you might have made much quicker, and then rebuild faster too
