Logistics Request Won't Deliver

Passive Provider chest in the orange robotport zone.
Requesting medium electric poles but it won't deliver.
Plenty of leftover logistics robots.
When I mouse over the red request in the logistics menu it says, On the way: N/A and Logistics Storage: N/A

Your requests are turned off (in the top right corner, above the requests themselves).
If you didn't turn it off yourself, perhaps you died recently, which would explain the pistol and 10 yellow magazines in your inventory as well.
