How to use Blueprints with constant combinators on the input side

Tryed a blueprint the other day built it all and on the input side there are constant combinators in front of the belts with their amount for input to that belt how do you hook these up

Depends on the blueprint. Any combinators in a blueprint will have wires blueprinted also if they are meant to be fucntional. It is likely, then, that the combinators are informational only: e.g. what you need on the belts coming in.
