And, for the time being, the wiki for the current stable version (0.16) can be found here: https://stable.wiki.factorio.com/

(I know there's a bright red banner at the top of the wiki that links to it; however, the size and color make it look so much like one of those "we detected 153 problems with your computer, click here to fix them" ads that I'm sure it triggers the ad blindness in like half of the wiki visitors :) )
