How to check map seed after the game is started?

I forgot to check the map seed I got and I want to know what is the seed number of the map I am playing on.

Save the game. Then go to load it, and on the buttom left corner there's a button that says "map exchange string". Copy it.

Now go to start a new game, and paste in the exchange string, this will show what the seed is.

Another way to do it from within the map is to use the command /seed. This will print the seed into the chat log.
