Pumps are not connecting. Train is not positioned properly.

The SS was quite confusing. Are those two engines running as one train stopped at the later station, and what is the point of the first station?

Yes, you are correct. It wasn't two trains. Just one and an alignment problem.
The second station is probably for a shorter train.

OP, can you confirm it is 1 train? If so, I'm wondering if the game sees the nearer station and associates the pumps with that one, thus the station further from the pumps won't allow them to activate, even if the train is on automatic. If you remove the first station, does it work then?
The fluid wagons aren't lined up with the pumps. I don't think it's possible to do this with a train stopping on a curve like you have it. Regular cargo wagons will work this way, but not fluid wagons.

@Jchardin. The pumps are lined up correctly, though the curve on the rest of the train may be interfering indeed.

I just tried to make something like this (Train stop just after a curve) work, and I couldn't get it to. I tried all different positions of the train stop and pumps, and no success. The back part of the train doesn't line up with the map grid, so the pumps won't connect.

Inserters will still grab from a cargo wagon because they search a whole tile for items, which is why they can grab from either belt lane, even on a corner, and they can even pick up items that you drop on the ground. So even if the wagon is a few pixels out of place, the inserter is still "close enough".

I guess fluid wagons need to be exactly aligned, which is why they don't work if you drive a train into the station manually (even on a straight track).

yea it's 1 train to help the tain speed up faster and the stop before the one im on is the first stop my train takes to unload what in my cargo wagons and after that has been emptied it goes to the next point to unload the oil wagons the second locomotive has no stop location i also tried removing the first point and still no luck

ok ill try to move everything a little more back to make sure the entire train is straight to see if that works, brb

*edit

well the entire train had to be straight for it to work, but i find it strange cause i caught the idea from a video with the cargo wagon unloading first and then the fluid wagon unloading after moving just slight forward into a curve then a stop and i still functioned that's why i was confused but thanks for all the reply's bois :D
