I suggest you upgrade that to a double rubber band with no twists in the run. Also, blue rubber bands are faster than yellow.

Yes, but even though it says they can't be used as ammo, this data indicates they have a shooting speed of 2/sec.
So, is there an easter egg somewhere allowing you to shoot a fish? Maybe from a tank? Idk.
