2% too low to get seed , all farms stay empty or maybe got 1-2 tree and about "Overgrowth soil" no need to dream at all.

2% is too high, already drowning in seeds. Are you using the biochambers which have 50% increased productivity bonus?

50% on what ? so 2.5% will be :)

its more than that, 50% prod means every 2 crafts you get third one for free. this means you get to roll that 2% a lot more often, which is more than enough to sustain the seeds, even enough to make huge stockpiles.

it's simple about 1 more working machine , but this is not give you more % chances on each of them
