Title screen mutes when game minimised

This is a pretty common feature in PC games, when the game is loaded but minimised it is silent. Currently if I want it loaded in the background (because loading-in takes a while), I have to use Sound Mixer in Windows to mute it and then it's muted always so that's not ideal.

i agree, it could be a possibility to implement this in the settings, so who wants can enable it
