Pyanodon Appreciation
After playing GLEBA thoroughly in vanilla and with age of production, I have to say...Py is, for me, a much better Biological/agricultural industrial experience.

Sure it's complicated, but nothing spoils mid-way down the conveyer line, and my factories don't have to be fed to function, and the spoilage doesn't all clump together so new rots with old. I can just make bagged feed for my delightful hard working animals and have them fed regularly.

The plants all being in beautiful enclosures with a variety of recipes from (Just add water) to (Here is a sixteen input chain, or even more for 3x productivity!)

I love it.

Nothing made me appreciate it more, than re-experiencing the alternatives. Back to Py I go.

If you're starting a new Py run, spoilage is on now by default :D

But yes, Py is a masterpiece of an expert modpack.

To be honest I believe the biggest motivation for the post was seeing the need for eggs to make biochambers.

That said Spoilage in Py? I'll have to see how that works.

In the newest versions alot of the biological components/materials/radioactive stuff can now decay. You can leave it enable or simply disable it. It's not required for progression for Py on 2.0.
Now, when PySex (update mod for Py for Space Age) comes out who knows if that will still be the case or not.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably see if I can stomach it or not, fortunately I doubt it's cyclical in nature like Gleba, and the factory buildings themselves are unlikely to spontaneously fail on me.

Thank you for the information eitherway though, and we'll see if PYS handles things differently. I imagine it'll be very awesome to play with though.
