Can't Download\Update Mods loop

Hi Community

I have an issue with the Mods, after I enter to the game and go to the Mod section, when I search and select "Download" or when I go to Update section and update the selected mods, I got a window of "Logging into Steam", then another window of "You are now logged into Steam as Username", after that "login" I am kicked to the main menu and if I retry it, the same thing happens in a loop.

I'm logged into steam and run it through steam.

What can I do????

What Factorio version are you playing? You should be using 1.1.x.
Restart game without mods.

I do have the version 1.1.36, tried that and same thing happens

You need the x version to able to auto update your mods.
Right click on Factorio drop down to properties on Steam properties under Betas change to 1.1.x not 36.

This is wrong. You don't need the 1.1.x version. All versions can auto update mods just fine. There is something else wrong here and OP should take the log files and post them here so we can give a better guess on what is going wrong.

Dunno know just guessing. My updates and downloads are working fine for this game.

I just did the 1.1.x version change and I got an update, then try again and the same thing happened, still getting kicked to the main menu :/

Take a look at your installed mods, are they updated to recent versions?

Take a look at your installed mods, are they updated to recent versions?

4 of them are not updated, those are disabled until I can update them, but even they are Off, I can update them or install new mods

They might be conflicting mods, meaning incompatible mods.

Installed mods cannot cause you to be booted back to the main menu from the mods menu. Mods can't change how the main menu works. The only thing a mod can change in the menus is the simulation running in the background and that cannot boot you from any menu to the main menu.

A Token mismatch error seems to be the cause. Since you are using steam login, you get your token from the auth server, So the problem is most likely on factorio.com end. The only way to fix this is to send an email to [e-mail] with the log attached and they will fix it.

Hi Guys, that was the reason of the issue, I contacted Support and they ask me to login into Factorio.com with my Steam ID and generate another Steam Key, I entered the new key and now all updates and new mods can be downloaded, issue solved, Thank you all
