Ghost replacement?
Is there a mod that when a building/belt/etc is destroyed via biter it places a ghost image in it's place?

You don't need a mod for that, it is something that happens automatically when something is destroyed within the build range of a roboport.
Those ghosts are on a timer and vanish if construction robots don't build the replacement within a few minutes.

is it a setting? as I have nanobots and they aint building anything.
Like I dont have any blueprints for the building, just the rubble.

Edit: Nevermind, apparently need robos researched before it happens....

No, it's a standard feature of the base game but nanobots are a bit special.

For starters, they are not using roboports so they don't trigger the ghost thing (unless that changed recently-ish) and they refuse to work within the range of roboports (including personal roboports) unless you equip an item on your equipment grid to enable them there.
