Sharing a modlist?
I was watching a KOS (the Bob Ross of Factorio) play through and she seemed to have a way to upload a string to her co-players to share her mod list.

Does anyone know offhand how that is done?

There isn't any special string to upload. When you play multiplayer, the game will tell you you need specific mods, and will automatically download them for you.
