Report a translation problem
This is intentional, so that the first crafter along a belt does not greedily stockpile all the available resources, thus starving the other crafters after it. Instead, all the crafters get a few cycles of product so all can work simultaneously.
(I don't see any benefit in forcing inserters to load more ingredients than the machine can actually use...)

Loaders are mostly irreplacable if you use some heavily modded beaconized setup with 10x+ crafting speed and something like 0.5 crafting time.
