AAI Programmable Vehicles removing tank weapons?

So i noticed that both the vanilla tank and bob's warfare mk2 and mk3 tank only have one weapon type, after about 30 minutes of enabling and disabling mods i found the cause to be AAI Programmable vehicles, is this intended behavior or is something broken?

I think it is intended because if there is more than one weapon in a vehicle,the auto driver won't know which weapon to fire.
