I found the blueprint thing and it has been 2 hours because I'm trying to make my base organized but it also stressed me out and made things seem way more complex also just stressed about how -I need copper plates and iron gears into a crafter-like it just looks super confusing idk if I'm to dumb I don't wanna give on this game cause its fun just getting 2 different materials into the same machine is like really hard to understand

Well if you have biters enabled I would suggest restarting and disable them for the run. Its just something I see them just doing so much damage to the point you can't save it. If you don't have biters you will not have anything that can wreck your game. So now it is just taking it easy and learning the game.

If you push ALT it will show what building are building and for inserters it shows where they take stuff and put them on. Very helpful to have on almost the entire time.

Inserters will take any item from belt it needs, you can put 2 items on a belt by having the belt connect in a T way, the 2 items from from the side and goes down.
