Your claims: RTX 4070 ranked 19th for speed on User Benchmark. My card: AMD RX 7600 ranked 60th for speed on User Benchmark. On Technical city they claim "RTX 4070 outperforms RX 7600 by an impressive 62% based on our aggregate benchmark results." Seems that the card you mention is all-around better than the AMD RX 7600. I happen to have that card in my box, and I'm running triple monitors. The main one is 5120 x 1440. I play Factorio will all graphics settings at the highest they will go. I often will have a second installation running one of the other monitors, a mere 2560 x 1440 screen. With both games running at once I have yet to see any performance issues from Factorio.

Perhaps the RTX 4070 requires that you connect a power cable to it. Unless, of course, you happen to just want jester points instead.

You could try optimizing your keyboard with CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + DELETE. Twice to be sure it works.

oh i always run my gpu without power cable to save power usage. But this only costs like 10% performance, with the power cable sticked in i get 40 fps at least. Factorio is just really demanding

I'm glad my 1070ti and 1650ti (mobile!) don't know that.

The game, from the graphic point of view, runs on an overclocked potato. Recommended GPU are GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, Radeon RX 570. Not minimal, recommended.
For a megabase a decent CPU is nice to have, but that is a different story

what rubbish, i play the game on a 1050ti, 16gb ram and an i5-4590 and it plays fine, in fact i have over 1000 hours in the game.
