Yes, you wait until the mods are updated. Or you revert to the previous factorio version to keep playing until said mods are updated.

Easiest way I know of is to log into factorio.com and downloading the zip for the version you had when things worked. Then copy your save over to that version and use the sync mods button in the load game menu.

I'm also having weird issues (sorry about the forums here they are famously contentious for no reason)

all of my signals have been changed completely and it's very unclear what mod caused this

No. I have 37 mods installed and all work fine.

I updated the game, and nothing happened, But when i updated some of my mods, half of my mods have migration and other errors.

Yes it can work, but after i updated the game, i updated some of the mods too. So now some mods is working with the older version, and some with the new.

If you haven't overwritten your save file you can use the sync mods button to get the versions of mods that were used when you made the save. Unlike games that use garbage like steam workshop, mods.factorio.com keeps each and every version of a mod that is uploaded so people can get older versions if they want to.
