Jet pack suddenly not working

Haven't played for a week. Come back and I get an error message saying I need a jet pack in order to fly. I have 2 in inventory and they worked when I last played... Something broke it.

jetpacks go in your powered armor grid, Not in your inventory. You probably swapped it out for extra roboport space or something and forgot about it.

NOPE I had two in my armor grid - 2200 hours + in the old space mod. Just built 2 new jetpacks... still says I need a jetpack to fly. It doesn't recognize it.

are you guys talking about a mod?
because this dosnt make any sense with the vanilla jetpack, it being an actual armor itself that gives the flight ability

look at the change log, apparently the mod was originally released in 2020. they must just be playing the base game.

The mod got an update. Try updating your mods. Mine quit the other day, and updating the mod fixed it.
