You can still play the base game normally without space age being involved by going into the "mods" menu from the title screen and unchecking everything except "base" (which you can't uncheck anyway).
The three parts of the DLC are made into official "mods" so you can toggle them like this ("base" is the base game's content and it was also implemented like that but without being able to uncheck it).
"Space Age" is the DLC/expansion (additional $35 USD), which requires Factorio.
Perhaps you purchased both accidentally? You have a 2-hour window to refund Space Age if you only intended to purchase the base game.
This is really strange
how ask steam support about this?
I don't really understand why. If i run game on my pc with steam, game runs as Factorio, if i run with cloud service https://boosteroid.com/ it runs on steam like Factor Space Age. This is strange UX for me
Well that's a matter with Boosteroid having Space Age installed on their Factorio cloud server, which you have access to despite not paying for Space Age.
This is outside the hands of both Steam and your copy of Factorio on Steam, which I assume you use to have access to it on Boosteroid.
You should either contact Boosteroid about it, or go to the mods option in the main menu of your cloud version of Factorio to disable Space Age if you want to play the game without it.
The why is obvious. It's because you're using a service from boosteroid, not the Factorio game you purchased from Steam.
