By fishing (or rather "mining" fishes as they swim).
You can also use a deconstruction planner to get your construction robots to do it.

If you are using space age, you can also unlock a recipe to multiply your fishes (2 raw fish, 100 nutrients and 100 water for 3 raw fish), but fish is also spoils in space age (but you can put them back into water to keep them fresh, losing the "quality" if they had any).
