Right click the game in your steam library and open the properties.
If you own the DLC, go to the DLC tab and uncheck it (since it didn't exist before 2.0 you can't really go back without disabling it).
Go to the betas tab and select 1.1.110 in the drop-down.
Wait for steam to download the version of the game and you will be good to go.
Do note that saves made (or overwritten) in 2.0 won't load in 1.1.110 for obvious reasons.
Running the 2.0 and DLC on Steam with 1.1.110 as the stand-alone will have all your achievements in 2.0 show up on Steam (if you're using Vanilla anyway) and those in 1.1.110 will not. Screenshots in 1.1.110 cannot be shared on Steam as screenshot. You can still share them as Artwork, like any other image. The Steam sync, and cloud storage will not be available for 1.1.110 and it will not show in your hours played. You won't be able to use Steam to invite others to multi-player and you won't have the Steam overlay.
If you run the 1.1.110 on Steam as a beta, then all the things above are reversed. All the Steam features and benefits will be available in 1.1.110 and none of them in 2.0/DLC.
If you're interested in doing a dual-Factorio setup it's rather well discussed in this thread, https://steamcommunity.com/app/427520/discussions/0/4512129134839231983/
