However, to be completely honest I would suggest that you request a refund if you are unable to beat the tutorial.
just skipped it, and switched over to freeplay and realized the tutorial is kind of a lie ..
in freeplay you have all the time in the world to get started before you pull bugs with pollution, where the tutorial has them attacking right from the beginning of the scenario.
However, then they totally discarded refining the actual tutorial parts in it and went and added much more comprehensive instructional videos and sand-boxed interactive tutorials to the main 'free play' mode instead. And those are what they actually want new players to rely on. Not the legacy 'tutorial' mode, which is considered really poorly balanced to boot by most.
New players of course are getting a big bag of mixed signals out of this, which is the worst possible situation you could have.
Bottom line: devs, if any of you are reading this - just remove (or at least hide) that old thing. No new players will want it. It's the best solution moving forward. Some sacrifices are worth making.
