. For example u can t build produce turbo belts (lvl4) on nauvis. i will build a system on nauvis depending on the answwer. Wouldn t want to build a system just to delete it later .

Yes, if you bring the materials that aren't native there. Speed 3s need tungsten carbide, for instance. But you can make them wherever.
