HELP my charcter is walking slow as hell..

i dont understand my character suddenly started to walk super sloweven with power armor active on concrete and 2 exo.. he's walkin like 2km/h on a beach... i play with tons of mod but none that touches speed.. i tried disabling a couple to see but when i start a new game to test, he walk normaly.. but when i load my save.. nope still walking like hes 2000pound... help? i dont seems to find an hotkey or whatever ????

Either you disabled the exo (look on the right of the hotbar, there is a toolbar and one of the tools does that if you don't know the hotkey) or don't have enough power for everything in your power armour.

If it's neither then it's probably mod-related.

its probably mods, im walking abnormally slow like its not playable .. but the game is running fine,

i think i found the culprit, by chance i always make a copy of my save file before trying stuff .. ouff , i think the culprit is the mod Stealth, i tested it on empty world with cheat to make sure it runs fine but turn out in my game it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my character speed

There is probably a hotkey for that mod's stealth to be toggled:

Apparently Shift+R is the default toggle based on the mod's description.

yeah you use Shift+R to enter stealth mode but somehow when you deactivate it i was getting a speed boost and its not normal. i think it broke a code line and made me waking super slow, when i activated stealth again i was going normal speed.. but when it ended i was again super slow.. and the effect stayed even when after i removed the mods.. so its a chance i had a backup ! i swapt the saves and deleted the mod and im going back to normal

its a shame tho this mod is fun

There is a "discussion" tab on the mod's page that you can use to tell the author (and other users) about it.
It won't help with your current problem but at least there is a chance it might be fixed in the near future if they know about it.

yeah i will do that, but i solved my probleme because i has a spare save.. always do this when adding new mods !

How many personal battery packs do you have installed in armor?

Not charged up, you walk normal speed.

You need a power source to charge up your battery packs.

to be honest i thought i accidently touched a hotkey to activate a walking stance or something like that because everything was fine until i did something and then my character was walking very slow.. so slow it was not playable i was walking like half the speed of a yellow belt and i was walking on refined concrete lol and i started a second map and i was fine so that was strange, and i had no mod that could change walking speed.

Those exoskeleton legs do not work if they are not charged, this is not a mod-related question.

Perhaps try a overhaul and black market mod instead, which you can purchase with ucoins variety of equipment and upgrades.

From his description the speed is not "exo not working" but "slower than without power armour at all", at least that's how I understood it.
