Fulgoria: How to move resources across islands?
I can't place landfill it seems? I have only small islands and I don't have foundations unlocked.

The rail support foundations tech is an optional extra allowing the supports to be placed on the deep (darker) parts of the oil ocean, the regular supports can go on the lighter area as soon as you research elevated rail.
