Is it possible to respawn on nauvis?
I got stuck on fulgora with basically no way back. I keep respawning on the same planet. Is it possible to somehow spawn back on nauvis?

Nope, you have to build a new silo on Fulgora to return. You can, however, load a previous save if you still have one from before you flew to space.

I didn't launch a rocket on the DLC save file yet. But after reading so many threads about soft-locking themself on another planet. I think don't want to go to another planet until I have enough resources for the returning rocket.

You should be able to build up to the rocket from any of the planets, from what I've heard. There is even a mod that lets you start on the other planets.
So it's possible to build up from crashing on the other planets just like you build up from crashing on Nauvis.

You could just ship in the materials to make a new silo and rocket with the platform that you used to get there as long as your nauvis factory is still functioning and you have a robot network to make adjustments if you dont allready have the materials you need in passive provider chests for the rocket silo to grab from with bots.
Park it back in orbit of nauvis and setup its requests to ask for the steel, concrete, processing units, electric motors, modular frames, and rocket fuel that will allow you to build a silo on site and launch a rocket.
Mouse over the materials and note their minimum stack for rocket launches though you will need your provider chests to have that much in them for the logistics to automatically fill the platform up.

Except Aquillo. If you get softlocked there, you're permanently softlocked (hardlocked).
