Okay I give up, how the ♥♥♥♥ do I make this platform move?

They have fuel

it works same as Train, set up schedule in main hub and go

I did try to setup the schedule but the only planet that shows up is navius, how to add other planets? I can't find a way.

You need to research those. They require Space Science Packs, so you need to send them back down to Nauvis.

If you're having trouble finding the research... they depend on the thruster tech. So if you bring that up in the tech tree, the planet discovery researches should be easy to find in the diagram. You then click on them to see what dependencies you're missing for them.
