Both have a long, long history of problems.
(Note to OP: not due to Factorio. The Razer and Logitech drivers are just poor quality.)
Not sure why it's not 1.1.110 that is the default for the demo, there are no demos for 2.0 yet even on their website.

At the top of the log it says the version, as well as if it's the full game, the demo or space age.
It's clearly not normal, but the log not logging an error and just "ending" like that tends to point towards the problem coming from your machine rather than from the game itself.
You could try to contact the devs on the official forums, maybe they could have an idea of what is causing this, but I kind of doubt it to be honest.
Anyhow, another place to check is the Windows Event Viewer to see if the OS logs anything at the time of the game crash.
EDIT: just noticed you have Windows 10, but the game is running in Vista compatibility mode. Not sure that is normal...
