Agricultural Tower Circuit

Is it possible to send a signal to an agricultural tower for harvesting and other different signal for planting?

I wpuld like to harvest when a train comes and plant when train out.

read the ID from the train -> enable the tower, but disable the seed inserter
train departs -> start a timer to enable the inserter&tower, check inventory of the tower and only insert 1 seed at a time if needed, refresh the timer as long as a seed is inserted
when the timer is done, tower and inserter is disabled

you can only enable/disable the tower or read the inventory :/

Well you can certainly connect a wire to it, there's options to enable and read contents so i'm sure you could do something. It's not a thing that can take modules so you can't exactly speed it up so idk if it would be worth setting up.
You can connect to a local signal or the station itself to enable it when a train is present or you could call a train when it's full but i don't think there is a signal to control when it plants/harvests. The plants themselves grow at a certain rate so maybe you set up a wait timer? That way once you plant everything, then you can wait until they are fully grown to enable it again, harvest everything and then turn it off once the seeds are planted.
