Help fellow factory owner: Turn off inserters if eggs on belt > x PS: I love spoilage
I really would appropriate if you could build me a blueprint, which explains me how to achieve following:

If a belt have x or more eggs , turn off all inserts.

What I tried and what works:
If there are more than x eggs, the inserters stop working. This settings must be applied to all inserters. One belt is connected to sub station and the inserters.

But how I turn them all off with one click, if I don't want to produce any eggs?

Thank you.

Connect a red or green wire between the inserter and the belt.
Click on the belt, set it to "read belt content" and "hold (all belts)" to get the content from the whole belt line (instead of just that belt).
Click on the inserter, set it to enable/disable and set it to "egg < X" (where X is the number you want of course).

Connect the other inserters as well, then with the empty cursor shift+right click on the inserter you already set (to copy its settings), then shift+left click on the others (to paste it), the initial inserter will have a green square around it while you hover over the other inserters while holding shift to tell you where the source for the copy/paste is.

In your case, a manual on/off switch could simply be a constant combinator connected to the rest (inserters and belt). Set it to a "Egg 999999" signal. Click the combinator and switch its output to on or off, depending on what you want.
The way I did was to put an inserter which removes the egg and puts it in a box, then another that takes off that box into another box and then made an inserter with a wire set to the box. if box egg > 1, take single egg and toss into furnace. Another inserter checks same but works only if egg = 1, taking it to the biochamber. This way, it constantly refreshes the egg and keeps it to a single egg.

I just surrounded my "egg farm" with tesla towers and forgot about them, rather than try to do anything fancy. They eventually hatch, and a light show happens, but it's quickly over and things just carry on.

Gives it a sort of Jurassic Park vibe.
