Ship it to Vulcanus
Mod your game so you can build a magnificent, megalomaniac ice palace.
Build your ice palace on Vulcanus.

Just some random ideas.

Melt it into water.
Store in tanks and delete manually, periodically.
You can have hundreds tanks....

Can't you just crack with them and then make solid fuel then burn it for power? There should be crude oil on the planet.

Two recyclers that output into each other

i was looking trough all the machines and my other planets and i feel so stupid now xD
for now i just "recycle" it and by that reduce it. I got already set up like a overflowvalve for my ice so it gets used as good as possible but it still produces more than i can process. recycling gets rod of the overflow.. sad that i get this idea after posting it in here xD but maybe that will now help others with the same issue

Learn to embrace the choices the developers made. If you don't enjoy it, then you are probably doing it wrong. Instead of asking how to change it, ask how you can learn to embrace it.

how about just 1 recycler.

My solution is to use advanced oil processing and cracking. I have a pump wired to send water there only when my water tank is near full, and then the traditional oil plant gobbles up all the water to feed some extra solid fuel into the system. And the excess of from that goes to a Heating tower.

Weird, I feel like the amount of ice I get on Aquilo is pretty well balanced. I haven't made too much or too little. But if you really want to get rid of it, and don't want to destroy it, you could export it to Vulcanus and/or Fulgora. I'm currently mining ice in orbit of Fulgora and dropping it to the surface to meet my demands there. I've thought about doing the same on Vulcanus to bypass that whole steam thing. If I was overproducing ice on Aquilo, I'd ship it out and deliver it to those planets instead.

Or one recycler with a belt and an inserter to reinsert the ice output.
priority of ice usage to me
  1. make rocket fuel
  2. produce steam
  3. make ice platform
  4. recycle into different qualities ice for quality science packet.
There is no over producing of ice in my experience.
Moreover, I drop more from ship in order to get enough quality ice.

Häagen-Dasz? Ben&Jerrys?
31 is my favorite
Place it in chests near heat pipes- on the thawed ground. I 'think' I saw my ice dissipate this way
