"So long and thanks for the fish" achievement does not work with Space Age Update

Launched a few rockets with fish onto platforms.
Then I found a new option when only a fish in the rocket - Launch "To orbit"
Was sure it will do the trick, but no. Fish on the orbit, achievment still not done.

I believe the achievement is only meant to work with the base game, though the description doesn't specify it. What does it say when you open the in-game achievement list?

Sounds like a bug. Either the achievement should unlock when launching a fish, or the Space Age mod should hide that achievement when active.

Probably a bug, yeah. If it's intended and not a bug, I can't think of how they changed the requirements in Space Age. Maybe try sending the fish to another planet, or throw it off the platform with an inserter.

When I got it, it was un-intuitive. Because the "target" to launch the fish to is not any platform, but a new option "space" or something that only appears when you have a fish in the payload.

Do not launch the fish to any platform.
