controller keys for circuit network?
Cant figure out how to add green and red wiring on controller. Theres no page for it in the build menu.

Never used it b4 so i might bemissing smth obvious. Need to use it for my first kovarex setup i think.

There are setups without any circuit network logic.
Anyway, you red and green wires are under "tools" in the controls, not set to anything by default.
They are "tools" (they used to be items before version 2.0), so it makes sense they wouldn't appear in the build menu.

Kovarex can be set up with a completely mechanical layout with perhaps nothing more than a power switch when you fill up on U-235 or U-238. You are probably trying to over engineer it.

How do you make sure the loop keeps 40 u235 at all times without circuits? If it can be done i d much prefer the simplicity.

A belt holds 4 items per lane, so 10 belts long with only one lane or 5 belts long with both lanes would hold the required amount.
A splitter can be set to givbe priority to one output, so you can push the uranium 235 on the lane with the 5-10 belts leading back to the machine.
On top of the up to 2 full cycles that can be in the ingredient slots, that would mean you could "store" 3 cycles worth.

Set up inserter taking in right after inserter that takes out. It will take back all that it needs and the excess will continue down the line. No need for any loops. Just remember that it would need 80 u235 before it will be full and that is when excess will be generated.

u238 is slightly harder. You need a belt loop, and since it actually consumes u238 you would need to add more. I set up inserters same way just from a different side - first inserter putting u238 on the inserter and right after - taking it from inserter. There is a slight trick to that - the farther side of the belt should be as empty as possible and never back up otherwise they wouldn't be able to take u238 out and will stop working. So all additional u238 should come only on the inner side of the belt.

I usually set up fast inserter before the loop enters the production area and stack inserter after it gets out. That way i will always take out faster than i put in and it never backs up

Use filter inserters for u238 and filter stack inserters for u235.

I agree with using belt loops. You can use splitter priority to force either the inside or outside to receive all items, and if you use the inner part for U238, you'll always have the outside of the loop free for U235:

When first starting up, use dual prod modules in the centrifuges and speed modules in the beacon. Once you've produced enough U235 to get all of the centrifuges running Kovarex and you've gotten plenty of fuel cells made for your reactors, then switch over to efficiency since even this small setup makes much more U235 than I need.

Thank you all!
