this is simply incorrect, there is no check box for auto launch in the DLC expansion
Check again
1. Click on a Rocket Silo
2. On the right side, click the Checkbox with title: "Automatic requests from space platforms"
The "Automatic requests from space platforms" checkbox definitely exists.
Be aware that by default a rocket is only launched if it has enough resources to fill a full rocket (to prevent wasting rockets on 5 Iron plates or so)
A other way that in some bases can be also a good option is to manually fill a rocket that has not set the checkbox with something a spaceplatform requests.
For Example: my spacestation requests 5k Sience when visiting the planets.
I got one rocket silo, without checkbox, set up so the belt and arms feed it with sience.
If the rocket is ready and full, even without the checkbox it will launch to the platform requesting the sience. This saves me Bot Travel time and thereby makes quick loading much easier.
If you dont quite get what i mean just add me and i will try to explain it in detail
