What is asteroid collector to crusher ratio?
Can't find this anywhere? Is there an optimal one, i need non-advanced version by the way but it would be nice to know advanced ratios too.

Just one crusher of each type will likely be more than enough (definitely is more than enough if just talking about space science). The collector/arms are random, throughput is not guaranteed from any given arm. I have 8 arms on my space port crafting space science, and the 3 crushers (1 for each type) is far more than enough. I'm not at a point where I would need additional crushers (yet).

Doesn't it depend on how many asteroids you get and not just your asteroid collector count? It's rather random how often asteroid collectors work and building more of them doesn't provide a linear increase in asteroids collected, and quality also has a huge impact on their gathering speed. So a specific ratio between them seems kinda impossible to me.

The Factoriopedia entry for the space routes has a graph plotting the rates of different kinds of asteroids at different points in space. The frequency of asteroids and what kinds they are changes a lot. And how many you encounter will, of course, also depend on the speed at which you're travelling.

In short, the idea of there being an exact ratio is a hopeless proposition.

As an addendum, my experience with my builds is that there are plenty of asteroids, so long as your platform is moving and you aren't overly wasteful (e.g. tossing too many overboard).

So, the logistics problem is how to deal with having too many asteroid chunks. Well, that and how to get started when your platform is just built and you haven't had time to collect asteroids while travelling.
