You aren't stuck. It'll just take a while to build a rocket there.

should be fast to just ferry the mats from Nauvis for it

Is there easy way of building the rocket remotely and loading it with necessary stuff? I tried to build rocket using requester chests to fill the rocket but that seemed kinda tedious when you had to micromanage everything changing requester chest requests

Yes, you can do everything by robot remotely.
If you have a fully automated factory on Nauvis, that is 100% possible.

the rocket silo itself is a requester chest.
and it is linked to the platforms in the orbit so it recives the items the platform is ordering.

so you can tell your spaceship waht you need. let it fly to nauvis it will load and come back.

If there's ongoing construction, the platform can automatically request the things it needs though you need the provider chests storing those things.

Vulcanus is pretty easy

you can make concrete and LDS straight from molten iron and copper which are infinite. you get sulfuric acid basically for free. rocket fuel might be the trickiest part since you will need coal liquifaction and a few more steps from there. but it's not much work compared to Nauvis or Gleba.
