I need help with launching my space platform into space

I am ready to get my first space platform into space, but when i click on the create button to launch it, nothing happens! It says the rocket is waiting to launch, but nothing happens. I even looked up a guide to see if i was doing anything wrong and im doing the exact same thing that the person in the video was doing. Can anybody help?

The rocket is built and visibly in place?

Is the starter pack in the rocket cargo?

If the logistic mode is on the silo will request the required item from your logistic network or you can just turn that off and insert the starter yourself

Yes, the starter pack is in the silo, and the rocket is popped out of there like its ready to go, but just not launching even after i click build new space platform.

Select 'Build Space Platform', assign a name to the platform - it should automatically request the starter pack to the rocket silo at that point and launch, if you've got the rocket silo set to automatically fulfill requests from space platforms.

Launch it and it will ask where to send it and you can send it to the new platform that is waiting to be built or turn on automatic and put the starter in the logistics network and it should do it itself.
