Main screen is the current project, either in-person or the full remote-view thing. Secondary monitor, if only two, could be a window of production stats, another of platform routes and progressions, repeat for train system overview, with a third window of tabs to monitor different 'pinned' locations.
Add a third monitor and you could move the stats, platform and train overviews there and expand the potential areas to monitor in PiP windows, like a security center camera setup, on the 2nd monitor.
Of course, there's probably a dozen, or more, variations. Yes... Multi-monitor would be super sweet.
