The same as you would start from zero on Nauvis. Pick up rocks, chop trees, mine by hand, see what resources you gather that way and handcraft your way to automation.

Alternatively, send your spaceship back, launch some supplies from home, and set up properly.

Each planet has a different way of getting resources, so we would have to guess on which planet you landed to figure out how you can get the resources on your new planet. But there is always a way and it's always a bit different from Nauvis.

Also, you can just drop items from your space platform down on your new planet.

If your space platform is still in good health you can send it back to Nauvis and load it up with additional supplies. Be sure to check the tips and tricks inside the game for information on the planet you landed on. Try mining the trees and rocks to see what resources they give. Some resources might be hard to see like coal on Vulcanus, or look different than you are used to like vents. Explore a bit more and see what you can make from those things you find, what new recipies you researched that you might be able to use and go from there.
Spoilers ahead!

Volcano planet: break rocks to get a starting supply of iron ore, copper ore and stone. Break trees to get carbon, which replaces coal. This is enough to jumpstart your base.

Lightning planet: Destroy some ruins for scrap or mine scrap from the ground, use the "Recycle Scrap" recipe in your inventory to break it down into various useful intermediate products. Some of those can also be tossed into a Recycler to break them down further, you need to do this if you want iron plates, for example. This is enough to jumpstart your base.

Gross biology planet: You can get iron ore and copper ore (in the form of bacteria) from rocks. Spoilage (harvested from plants) makes a basic (but ♥♥♥♥♥♥) coal substitute. You can mine rock from the ground. This is enough to jumpstart your base.

And you can use your spaceship (assuming it is in good enough of a condition to make the return trip) to shuttle in some additional supplies and accelerate the process a bit, although every planet requires "homegrown" buildings you won't have available on Nauvis. However, you can "solve" every planet without any external resources as long as you have your trusty axe and two feet.

I would suggest making a separate save to land on the planet and note all you will need to start a factory here, thats what Im doing, Im not sure but I feel like I can get stuck on the planet with no option to go back to Nauvis lol

The game generates an auto-save the moment you leave for each planet for the first time. Load it up and change the platform destination back to Nauvis.
Is it Gleba? Cause oh boy you gotta learn the new mechanises if its Gleba. I'm been stuck there for 5-6 hours trying to clear terrain, figure new systems.

Send up all the materials to make a rocket silo and enough materials to build a rocket, then send up a cargo landing pad.

Send up materials i'd like to start with, such as construction bots and logistic bots x50 each, nothing to fancy, then travel to the planet of my choice.

Send down the cargo landing pad and i land on the planet myself.

Build the cargo pad and send down all the other materials onboard the space ship.

Build the Rocket silo, and start pumping the materials into it to start crafting my first rocket.
This rocket is just incase i wish to return to my space ship.

Get to exploring the new planet!

I am pretty sure in all 3 starter planets you start by mining a rock. follow the research.
