Unless your eyes require it, 300% is excessive, even for 32:9. With the proper ocular enhancements (+2.75) I run 32:9 at 100% and I've got over 60 calendars to my credit.

(I just did it on the current version to be sure)
EDIT: maybe try clicking where the button should be (possibly under the image)?
Glad you figured it out. 👍
I still consider it a bug though. If the UI supports 300% zoom levels, then it needs to support it across all interfaces (including the new tutorial continuation windows).
It did support 300%, It was the monitor which didn't support it. The expected buttons were below the horizon.
That's technically a game bug though. The game knows the resolution of the monitor, and it knows the UI scale settings -- it should not allow users to set an extreme upscale that will force parts of the UI off the screen. So either the game should've only allowed 250% (for his monitor's resolution), or that "Completed Mission" window should resize itself so the buttons stay visible (sacrifice/crop the rocket picture in the middle instead of pushing the buttons off the screen).
Its such a minor bug though with a simple workaround (simply don't UI-scale that high) -- or run the monitors at a lower resolution (along with a lower UI-scale game setting).
FWIW, on my decade old 1920x1080 monitor, the game only allows a maximum 200% UI upscale -- so they must have implemented these max scale limits for some monitor resolutions already.
Interesting. Gonna have to test a bit myself.
Those limits, however are only enforced in the settings GUI. In the config file I was able to set it as I pleased, going as high as 375%, forcing the "Exit" button of the main menu off screen.
It would seem that using the game's GUI interface enforces sanity. Using a text editor, however, you assume the risk of your choices.
Seems, to me, a typical WUBE outlook. The game keeps you in check, using the game. Manual overrides are acceptable, and with that power comes the responsibility.
How the OP had 300% is unknown, but my limited hardware suggests it was a manual setting rather than an in-game setting.
