You need to build a pump which "separates" into another pipeline but will flow only in that direction afterward. The max 320 pipe length is the limit.

pipes now pump liquid instantly but have a max length that needs to be cut in between with a pump

I saw to get the amount to reset to 0 you need to add a storage tank and than a pump

Just doing a pump extends it but not back to the full 320 or whatever it is.

Well you can you just need to route power to a pump every so often. A single solar panel and a pole are probably sufficient if your pipeline section has enough storage
