Inserters on Space Platform Stop Grabbing Ice?

I have had a number of times now on my space platforms where the Thrusters have no Thruster Oxidizer. I trace the problem back to the Inserters which are supposed to take the Ice from the Belt and place them in the Chemical Plant to make Water, but I see nothing wrong that would prevent this from happening. The output is empty of Water. The Ice is the only thing on that Belt.
I fix the Inserter by removing that specific tile of Belt and putting it back, and the Inserter works fine again.
Is there a known issue or bug that causes the Inserter to just stop like that?

check the output, it's ice and ice crystals. you need to separate them by some filter.

As I said, the Ice is the only thing on the belts. The filtering and separation of Oxide Chunks from the Crusher happens elsewhere and does not interfere with the belt in question.

doubt anyone can help you without a screenshot of more details. obviously this shouldn't happen unless something else is stuck or blocking. check your circuit conditions on everything too
