Rocket fuel in Fulgora ?
How to get it ?
Do i need to reload save file and prepare better next time, get rocket fuel ready etc. ?

Oil ocean, and the scrap creates a nontrivial amount of solid fuel you can directly use for rocket fuel.

ye fulgora is just about the easiest planet to launch rockets from pardon the pun scrap. u get 2 of the parts directly from recycling and the ice gives u the water for light oil from the oil ocean+ the solid fuel.
