What do you do with extra seeds?
I'm in the late game and I literally have nowhere to do them.

Burn them anyway.
Heat towers are like nuclear reactors: they keep on consuming even if they're already at max temperature.

Gleba has infinite resources. If you burn seeds, spoilage, excess, you will have a lot of free electricity. Just don't use spoilage for nutrients.
